The customer service was great, and I had a very lovely stay. The location is comfortable and nice, very close to Rusten Vrede restaurant. It is also very close to Helderberg and many attractions.

The staff and people generally were attentive. The location was perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a lovely quiet area.

We didn't want to leave Villa Helderberg - we can't recommend it highly enough. The location was excellent for traveling around Somerset West, very close to the garden, restaurants, and peaceful. In a very convenient neighborhood.

The location was perfect, as it was close to the famous wineries in the area, many attractions, and just a short distance from the beach. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful sun terrace where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.
